Grain-Free Granola {The Everygirl Feature}

Back in my pre-paleo days, I LOVED eating granola with yogurt and fruit (doused in more sugar) for breakfast.

Most granolas on the supermarket shelf are loaded with refined sugar, industrial seed oils, and preservatives, so I went on a quest to develop my own paleo version.

This nutty grain-free granola is baked in coconut oil and sweetened with just a tad of good-quality honey and maple syrup.


This is a great thing to make on a Sunday night and have for breakfast all week long on busy mornings.

I loved eating it plain, and you could also try it with chilled almond milk, coconut milk, or heavy cream. Feel free to top it with sliced strawberries, peaches, bananas, blueberries, or any fruit of your choice, and enjoy!
